I'm sure your mind is racing with all that needs to be planned. It’s all very exciting but it can also
be somewhat overwhelming. You’re planning the day that you’ve been anticipating your whole life
and yet you only get one shot at it! By the time you get the hang of it, the planning is over! My
goal as a wedding photographer is to make this one aspect of the planning process simple.
Photography is more than just images, it’s a real part of your day. Not only do you deserve beautiful images, you also deserve an amazing photographic experience.

You deserve wedding photos that tell the story of the most special day of your life.
Your wedding day is an experience from beginning to end and
your photography is a huge part of that experience.... shouldn’t it be fun? and enjoyable? and natural?
I think so! When my couples feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera, that results in genuine, joyful images! My goal is to not only capture memories for my couples, it’s to create an experience that
they will never forget! Because your wedding photographs will become heirlooms for generations to come.
One way I ensure that my brides and grooms enjoy the best photographic experience possibles is through forming a relationship with my couples. I try my best to make sure that all of my couples are the perfect fit for me before officially booking. I strongly feel that a bride and groom should connect with their photographer, trust their photographer and be excited about the whole process. I am so honored to call each and every one of my couples FRIENDS by the end of their wedding experience!

I love being both interactive and discreet throughout
the wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day
when I will need to be in control in order to accomplish
everything that needs to be done while staying on schedule (organizing bridal party portraits, family portraits, etc...).
There will also be moments when you shouldn’t even know
that I’m there (the ceremony, during formal dances and toasts, etc...)
I feel its important to have a mixture of both traditional and candied portraits throughout your wedding day. There will be sweet moments that will naturally unfold throughout the day while there will be moments that I will always be sure to capture like a portrait of the two of you smiling at the camera which is usually the photo that ends up being displayed in your parents home. Once I have those traditional portraits captured, I love to add in fun little prompts and movements which allow for candied reactions and emotions that bring out your personalities.

You will receive copies of both my bridal and grooms guide in the mail with over 100 pages of helpful wedding information that will prepare you along the way with a bunch of planning tips.

After booking, I will send you a sample wedding timeline based on your ceremony & reception timing so that you have an idea on what your day might look like. If you're working closely with a planner, be sure to let me know so that I can coordinate with them
iii. timeline assistance
I'm just as excited to share your images with you as you want to see them. Within 24 hours you will receive a handful of sneak peeks that I will share on my social media and will place them into your online gallery so that you can start sharing your images with your family & friends right away while the rest are being processed.

You can expect to receive an online wedding questionnaire to fill out about 3 months prior to your wedding day. This is where you'll give me all of the details about your day including; addresses, important details, family names for portraits, vendors and other information that I need to know in order to make sure your wedding day runs as smooth as possible and everything is captured beautifully.

Designed to serve you to the fullest on your wedding day. From your bridal details, sharing your vows, partying on the dance floor to the moment you cut your cake. You will be able to relax knowing that you will have all of your precious moments well documented. This will give you full day coverage if your ceremony & reception will be at the same location or you won't have traveling between multiple locations. Extra coverage may apply if your wedding day will have a lot of traveling or if your ceremony is a full church service.

You will receive a gallery for your engagement session and for your wedding day. You will have the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you would like.
Anyone you share your link with will have access to your images. You will have the ability to print photos either through the gallery or completely on your own, share and download your images as much as you want for at least one full year.
vi. High resolution digitals and online gallery
Since building your wedding vendor team can be overwhelming, I’ve curated a list of all of my favorite trusted wedding vendors from florists, planners to makeup artists to rental companies and more to help make the process easier. After booking you will have access to my vendors link.
iv. Vendor recommendations
I truly believe having an engagement session done with your actual wedding photographer, will make a big difference in the quality of your wedding photos. This is one of my fav parts of the process since it allows me to get to know you both on a more personal level, for you to get comfortable in front of the camera and teach you all of my posing tricks and tips so that by the wedding day you will be rock stars in front of the camera. When the wedding day approaches, my clients feel more like friends which creates a safe and relaxed environment for photography! Because practice makes perfect!

Contract & Retainer
Wedding, Elopement & Session dates cannot be held without a signed contract and paid 20% non-refundable retainer.
* Items can be added to any collection however items can not be taken away from a collection for any amount.
* A travel fee may apply to locations the extend over 60miles/1 hour of travel, for engagement sessions and weddings from my Virginia Beach, VA office.

While its always best to have an engagement session with your actual wedding photographer, I realize that isn't always an option.
Maybe you're not ready to pick a wedding date just yet, eloping at a court house or your wedding will be in a totally different country, etc... Whatever the circumstance might be, I'm happy to offer these sessions to couples outside of the wedding collection.

If you're planning to propose to your significant other, having this once in a lifetime moment captured is a great way to preserve this special memory of your love story and be able to look back on.
The day of your session, I'll be there like a little ninja waiting for that perfect moment to happen, capturing your actual proposal and all of the raw emotion it will bring. Then we will end with a quick little mini session to capture some joyful moments afterwards.

From there we will go over what your photography experience will look like, I can answer any questions that you may have and I will create an online booking proposal for you to save your date by signing your contract and paying your retainer fee.
